Expanding upon our award winning Doctor Bird Jamaican Rum, we couldn’t think Of anything more fitting than to add Pineapple. We present to you our High Ester Navy Strength Jamaican pot—stilled rum finished with grilled pineapples. Unlike most pineapple rums, we don’t use artificial flavors, coloring, extracts, or added sugar.

Pineapple, Banana Peels, Cinnamon, Clove, Cumin, Ginger, Tropical Fruits, Caramelized Sugar, Funk.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Doctor Bird Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
Garnish: Nutmeg

technique:

Add ingredients to shaker, fill with ice, shake for 30 seconds, and dirty dump into Rocks glass then topped with crushed ice.
