J. Riddle Peated Bourbon was named after local and national legend James Riddle Hoffa. This mash bill consists of 79% Michigan Corn and 21% peated UK Barley. This bourbon blends the sweet corn of American whiskies with the medicinal peatiness of Islay Scotch.

3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
3 Dashes Aromatic bitters
Garnish Brandied Cherries
technique:
Add ingredients to mixing glass, fill with ice, stir for 20 seconds, and strain into Nick & Nora glass with no ice
