INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Old Cockney Gin
1/2 oz Cucumber Shrub
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
4-5 Mint Leaves
technique:
Add ingredients to shaker, fill with ice, shake for 30 seconds, and strain into Collin’s glass with fresh ice. Top with Soda.
