Based on the 28 Islands that were once located in the Detroit river. During prohibition Bootleggers would smuggle alcohol in from Canada and hide the hooch on the islands waiting for an opportunity to bring the libations into the states. Many of the Islands have submerged since prohibition, so we wanted to pay homage to the past.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz 28 Island Vodka
1/2 oz Lime juice
Top with Ginger Beer Garnish Lime Wheel
technique:
Add ingredients to shaker (except Ginger Beer), fill with ice, shake, and strain into Rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with Ginger Beer.
