Red Apple, Dried Orange, Praline

PALATE:

Apple, Walnut, Salted Brown Butter, Caramel, Peppermint

FINISH:

Leather, Pipe Tobacco, Orange Peel

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Grass Widow Bourbon
1 oz Simple Syrup
1/3 Lemon cut into 3 pieces
5-8 Mint Leaves
Garnish Mint

technique:

Add ingredients to mixing glass, fill with ice, stir for 20 seconds, and strain into Nick & Nora glass with no ice.
