1. Grab some shakers and clear a space.
  2. Pour 2 oz.of your favorite stout and add to the shaker.
  3. Swirl the stout in the shaker vigorously to flatten and release the carbonation.
  4. Keep swirling…
  5. Crack open an egg in the shaker with the stout.
  6. Pour 1/4 of 2:1 homemade simple syrup.
  7. Add 2 oz of Grass Widow in with the Stout.
  8. Add in 2 strong dashes of Black Walnut Bitters.
  9. Dry Shake the ingredients.
  10. Add the ice to the shaker.
  11. Reshake with ice.
  12. Find a coupe and ready it.
  13. Double Strain the flip into the coupe.
  14. Finish with another touch of Black Walnut Bitters.
  15. Garnish with a candied walnut.
